Light up the dark autumn evenings with your very own spooky or magical lantern!

Starting with a glass jar, you’ll explore a range of creative techniques including decoupage and glass painting to transform it into a beautiful glowing creation. You can choose an autumnal design, create a creepy Halloween character or let your imagination run wild with your own magical ideas.

Once your decorating is complete, we’ll add fairy lights to bring your lantern to life, creating a gorgeous little glow to take home and enjoy throughout the autumn and Halloween season.

A lovely, creative workshop where you can experiment with colour, pattern and different techniques to create something completely unique.

Important booking information

Admission to The Blue Pool is NOT included in the Wild Ones workshop price. You will need to purchase a Blue Pool admission ticket in addition to your Wild Ones workshop ticket.

The Blue Pool’s October opening hours are currently 9.30am–5pm, with last entry one hour before closing.

Parents and carers are encouraged to stay and supervise children, but anyone wishing to take part and make their own lantern must have their own workshop ticket.
