About the club
Dorset Wild Ones holiday club is a school holiday adventure club providing a safe, informative, and fun environment for children to learn, play and explore. By participating in a range of activities such as bushcraft, fire-making, gardening, nature crafts, shelter building, and wildlife workshops our children and young people will learn a range of skills whilst improving their confidence, risk-taking, and communication skills while having lots of fun.
Our club is perfect for all adventurers from reception up to year 10. We always have two or three bushcraft, craft or team activities on offer at any time, or if your child prefers they are free to go wild and free play in any of our areas.
We are neighbours with the Dorset Wildlife Trusts Wild Woodbury project as well as Mays Wood so we often make use of the local river, fields and forest for the keen naturalists
Our Team
We have a brilliant and skilled team of leaders at Wild Ones made up of Forest School leaders, teachers, bushcraft instructors, conversationalists, artists and SEND specialists. This means your Wild One will get a fully rounded and fulfilling time with us!
Location
We are based at Bere Regis Primary School, in our amazing Forest School area, though we make use of the surrounding woodland, river and Wild Woodbury.
Costs
Our main club runs from 9.00 am – 3.30 pm and the cost is £32, with a discount for siblings . You can also add an hour in the morning and/or afternoon for £5 each.
